AMT Gastroguss Perforated BBQ Grill Gastronorm Grate 1/1
Description
Perforated, double-sided GN 1/1 made of casted aluminium. Thanks to the perforated surface, it ensures optimal air circulation. The material maintains its temperature even after the heating is reduced or the stove is turned off. This way you save time and energy, achieve better visual effects, and your dishes retain more natural juices, vitamins and minerals. Can be used on both sides, depending on what desired optical highlight you want to achieve. The perforated AMT grill tray is covered with Lotan® coating, which enables fat-free frying and baking and prevents food from sticking to the surface of the tray.
