These medium bagasse sugarcane trays are a natural and eco-friendly option for serving food. Bagasse or Sugarcane doesn’t sweat, unlike the polystyrene plastic foam products commonly found in these outlets. Bagasse Sugarcane products are a much greener alternative made from natural materials. The material absorbs the sweat leaving your food looking and tasting much nicer. The material offers good thermal insulation qualities. It is suitable for both oven reheating and freezable. The stalk of the plant which is usually a waste product after the sugarcane has been harvested is used as the material to produce bagasse products, creating value from an otherwise waste material. All of our compostable products comply with EN13432 which is the European standard for compostability
