The powerful independently controlled 9.8kW stainless steel burners maximise heat output, ensuring that meat flavours are sealed in consistently. Innovative grooved fin grate design assists grease run-off, preventing flare-ups and reducing splatter, making the Blue Seal easy to clean and maintain.
