Compact and convenient, the Blue Seal H8D-FS-UC Hot Holding Cabinet can be discreetly positioned out of sight, whilst reliably keeping up to 8 trays worth of food warm and ready to serve. Simple to use, the cabinet features low velocity fans to evenly distribute gently heat throughout the cabinet, ensuring food is kept warm - not cooked. With three hold timers, you can keep multiple loads inside, all on large 460x660mm bakery trays.
