This wooden cocktail muddler from Bonzer has been developed for ultimate comfort and performance. The 10 cocktail muddler is crafted from solid beech which has been boiled and steamed to prevent water retention, staining and absorption of flavours. The blunt stainless steel plate on the bottom is designed to bruise leaves without tearing them, in order to lock in flavour and preserve fruity flavours.
