Chafing Dish Sets & Fuel
Chafing dishes offer a portable solution for keeping food warm. By using a bain marie, the chafing dish spreads the heat throughout the dish to keep your food at a safe temperature (occasional stirring is still recommended to prevent food catching). You can use different types of fuel to keep your chafing dish hot depending on which type of fuel suits you best. Electric chafing dishes offer the easiest form of fuel as they just need plugging in to a power source. When you don't have a power source available, you can use a chafing gel or chafing liquid; these are available in sizes that will burn from 2 to 6 hours.
