Coronavirus Impact and Our Business

Our operation within the current public health crisis regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).

First and foremost, the health and well-being of our team, including suppliers and customers is our number one priority.

As the situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring its development and potential impact to your business, the wider industry and our supply chain. You may have made the decision to change your operation in response to a rapidly changing market. We are adapting our ways of working to ensure we can continue to support you.

At this time, some of our supply warehouses are operational focused predominantly on cleaning products and PPE Equipment. There are precautionary measures to mitigate the risks associated with coronavirus, following the latest government advice and WHO guidelines. We will update this page with any plans or changes to our services as new information is made available.

Some points to note:

For the short term we will be adapting our delivery service. We use a number of delivery partners - Parcelforce, DPD, DX Delivery, Palletways etc who are all experiencing a huge surge in demand. Delivery of items may take longer than expected and we ask for patience in these circumstances. Our delivery partners are changing their processes at point of delivery, to ensure the safety of their staff and customers, so please do follow their guidance when receiving your order.

Although we are experiencing stock issues with a small number of items, mostly directly related to products seeing a spike in demand in response to the virus, we are well stocked across the majority of our range, with products available to help you through these changing times. We are working hard to maintain an up-to-date stock position on our website, with products that may be a priority for you. 

Traditional medical suppliers are giving priority to the NHS, understandably so, and we are trying to help care homes with access to our supply chain, diverting stocks that would normally go towards the hospitality industry. We would ask our hospitality clients to consider the priority of need when placing orders. To ensure the availability of product to as many people as possible we discourage bulk buying at this time. Please be considerate to others
