The reduced size cool zone ensures both energy efficiency and a high output to oil ratio. Fast pre-heat and recovery times are achieved thanks to the double insulated pans so users will benefit from reduced energy and oil costs without any compromise on output or food quality.

Valentine Computer fryers ensure uniformity by digitally storing bespoke programs for time and temperature. The intelligent auto-basket lift lowers only when the desired oil temperature is reached and can add time automatically to allow for bigger loads. It has a built-in clean cycle, conserves energy by entering standby mode when left unattended for 30 mins and is password protected.
