Built for optimal performance, versatility and practicality, the Falcon Dominator Plus G3941R 900mm-wide half-ribbed LPG griddle makes the perfect addition to any busy professional kitchen. Featuring three 5.3kW burners and thermostatic dial knobs, the griddle ensures optimal heat distribution and enables precise cooking, making it easy for you to produce flawlessly prepared product quickly and consistently. Each of the three burners are also controlled independently, allowing you to lower your energy usage during slower services for a more efficient operation. With a half-ribbed, half-flat steel plate, the griddle gives you greater control over how you cook and present your food, allowing you to create more interesting menus to wow your customers. Crafted from stainless steel and made with an integrated grease jug, the unit is also remarkably simple to clean, saving you valuable time for other kitchen duties.
