On top, the range features four independently controlled 3.5kW heat zones - ideal for boiling, poaching or simmering dishes. The surface itself is made from immensely tough shock-resistant glass and pan detection technology ensures heat is only applied when a pan is in place. Below, the large double size (2/1) gastronorm compatible oven has five shelf positions and a metal-to-metal door seal, meaning more heat is retained to reduce running costs. The oven has two sturdy shelves as standard too - perfect for casserole dishes or other similar pots. Overall, a fantastic professional oven range which saves you money and delivers results.
