With its impressively high cooking capacity and powerful 8.2kW burners, the natural gas Falcon F900 G9581 Griddle offers fantastic commercial cooking performance and output. With a thick 18mm plate, heat is effectively retained and evenly distributed throughout the plate, meaning you can cook eggs, bacon, steaks, chicken and pancakes with ease, using the whole plate surface if required. To make cleaning easier, the G9581 includes an innovative grease collection trough, which surrounds the entire plate. Supplied with a handy mobile stand, which keeps the unit at a comfortable working height, whilst and also doubling as vital additional storage space.

All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations - the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
