Perfect for hot kitchens with high ambient temperatures, the EP1440HU Foster upright cabinet features the refrigeration components at the bottom of the fridge, ensuring cooler air is taken from floor level. Innovative technology is used to help hygienically store food and reduce running costs, such as high quality insulation and advanced air distribution. The Foster fridge is large and is designed to accept double sized (2/1) gastronorm pans within its 1350 litre interior. The fully stainless steel exterior is robust and attractive , whilst also being easy to clean. Please note: this model uses R290 refrigerant.
