OLD_Le Creuset

Le Creuset translates from French as ‘The Crucible’, a company established in 1925 and best known for their colourful enamelled cast iron cookware, stoneware and bakeware. Each Le Creuset piece is forged, crafted and smoothed by hand, double coated with enamel and vitrified to give them immense durability. This original manufacturing process of forging and casting is also characteristic of the design, meaning no two pots ever look exactly the same. Finished in rich, striking colours and with the ability to retain heat and distribute it evenly, Le Creuset pots still reign supreme in the world of cookware after almost a century in production.
