Ideal for quickly and safely processing large amounts of fruit and vegetables, the Sammic CA-62 veg prep machine is a powerful prepping solution for the modern professional kitchen. With its huge 1000kg/hr output and durable 750W motor, the Sammic CA-62 has remarkable performance for its comparably small footprint, saving time, money and invaluable kitchen space. The durable stainless steel construction and intelligent ergonomic design ensure that the processor is easy to clean and use. Supplied with disc kit 1, which comprises of a 4mm julienne disc, a 4mm shredding disc and a 3mm curved slicing disc.
