Banqueting Trolleys

Banqueting trolleys are essentially mobile hot cupboards which are specifically designed to make it easier to cater for large events. Able to fit either gastronorm pans or plated meals, a banquet trolley is usually filled in the main kitchen and then wheeled to the dining area – all whilst keeping food warm and ready to eat for extended periods.

Many banqueting trolleys feature built-in water pans which help to reduce the likelihood of food drying out. Some more premium versions can even chill dishes and then automatically regenerate them when the meal time is approaching.
