We are proud to finally be able to offer 6oz double wall paper cups made in the UK. Summer 2024 saw our shiny new machines land to produce new 6oz single wall and 6oz double wall cups for flat white coffee sellers! Up until now these cups were not made in the Uk but brought in from further away and subject to a higher minimum order quantity and a long leadtime. Now our Uk machines produce millions of cups a year for small independent cafe's, all the way up to big multi-site operators and international brands in a range of sizes. Our printed flat white disposable 6oz double walled cups are typically turned around in a maximum of 3 weeks from artwork approval. From time to time, faster turnarounds are required and shorter leadtimes can be accommodated. This carries an extra charge with an express dedicated digital-print run. 6oz Printed Flat White Paper Cups Sizing

Our 6oz double wall cups have a capacity to brim of 185ml approximately. With all paper cups there can be a small amount of movement on the bottom seal, and the rim roll, so there is a small amount of variance from cup to cup. The cups have a brim diameter of 80mm, with a bottom diameter of 50mm, and a height of 77mm. They are packed in sticks of 25, with 20 sticks in a case of 500 cups. Different Uses for our 6oz Double Wall Paper Cups

These double walled 6oz printed paper cups are often used for cold drinks. We have a 6oz single walled cup which is more often used for cold drinks as single walled cups are not as insulated when used for hot drinks. Made from Delipac cup board - an award-winning non-polymer barrier packaging board - they are great for hot drinks like espresso coffee, but also used by our customers for ice-cream portions, sampling cups for alcohol activations, and food tasting cups for food samples. Delipac's unique insulation capability helps eliminate outer wall condensation.

When printing, forming, packing and delivering 6oz Double Walled cups there are economies to be made with scale. Some of our competitors see that as an opportunity to extract more profit from the job, but we rather pass on print economies to our customers.
