8oz Printed Paper Cups Sizing

Our 8oz single wall cups have a capacity to brim of approximately 265ml. These cups are referred to as 8oz in the market owing to the amount of coffee liquid dispensed from a machine. The cup itself then has additional space for milk froth and steam circulation. When used for cold drinks it is worth bearing in mind that the cup is actually just above 9oz in capacity. With all paper cups there can be a small amount of movement on the bottom seal, and the rim roll, so there is a small amount of variance from cup to cup. These 8oz bespoke paper cups have a brim diameter of 80mm, with a bottom diameter of 55mm, and a height of 95mm. They are packed in sticks of 50, with 20 sticks in a case of 1000 cups. These single walled 8oz printed paper cups are often used for cold drinks as events companies, festivals and bar operators pivot away from single use plastic cups. We also offer an 8oz double walled cup which is more often used for hot drinks, thanks to it's added thermal insulation. A single walled cup with hot liquid in can be a bit hot to the touch and so, is less often used for hot drinks.
