We offer 16oz double wall paper cups branded with your artwork from as little as a single case of 500 cups, all the way up to full trailers of cups. With our Uk machines we help brands manufacture millions of cups a year. We work with everybody from small independent coffee shops all the way up to big multi-site operators and international brands on a range of cup sizes. As an alternative to these double walled cups we also offer 16oz single walled cups which are more often used for cold drinks serves. Our printed disposable 16oz double walled cups are typically turned around in a maximum of 3 weeks from artwork approval. Occasionally, faster turnarounds are required and shorter leadtimes can be accommodated. This carries an extra charge with an express dedicated digital-print run. 16oz DW Printed Paper Cups Sizing

Our 16oz double wall cups have a capacity to brim of approximately 515ml, great for 16oz of coffee dispensed from a machine, leaving room for milk froth and steam circulation but with some added capacity if used for cold drinks (just over 17.5oz capacity). With all paper cups there can be a small amount of movement on the bottom seal, and the rim roll, so there is a small amount of variance from cup to cup. The cups have a brim diameter of 90mm, with a bottom diameter of 55mm, and a height of 135mm. They are packed in sticks of 25, with 20 sticks in a case of 500 cups. Different Uses for our 16oz Double Wall Paper Cups

These double walled 16oz printed paper cups are most often used for hot drinks rather than cold drinks, where operators tend to go for our 16oz single walled cups which can be more cost effective at scale. Made from Delipac cup board - an award-winning non-polymer barrier packaging board - these cups are by far our most popular size and are great all-rounders for cold or hot drinks. Delipac's unique insulation capability helps eliminate outer wall condensation.

When printing, converting, packing and distributing our 16oz Double Walled cups there are economies to be made with increased volume. Rather than see that as an opportunity to extract more profit from the job, we would rather pass on print economies to our customers.
