With its massive 2/3GN capacity, the Merrychef eikon E5 high speed oven is amongst the largest ovens in its class. Combining powerful microwave and convection cooking, the E5 can rapidly prepare lasagne, jacket potatoes, steaks and more - all up to five times faster than conventional ovens. Due its large size and power, the E5 is perfect for large restaurants, pubs, hotels and canteens. The simple touch screen control panel makes operation easy, whilst the advanced technology means there's no need for overhead extraction.
