Part of the Falcon Dominator Plus range, the E3625 Chargrill brings performance, reliability and flexibility to the professional kitchen. The innovative design means you cook directly on the elements - no separate branding bars or grids required. Just set the desired temperature and place the meat or vegetables on the elements. The design means that there's no cool spots - every part of the surface cooks at the same temperature. As 8.4kW of electricity is channelled through the elements, heat-up is exceptionally fast and recovery times are reduced in comparison to conventional electric grills. Cleaning is easy too, thanks to the removable drip try, protective side screens and solid stainless steel construction. The robust mobile stand ensures you can cook a whole service at comfortable working height, whilst also offering movement for easy positioning and cleaning.
