A great quality three door prep counter, the True TSSU-72-18 is ideal for fast and efficient salad, sandwich or other snack preparation. Supplied with 18 1/6th size gastronorm pans, you can keep large quantities of ingredients close to hand, as well as large quantities of additional produce behind the two stainless steel doors. Perfect for customer facing or back of house use.
