Description
Site visit by a qualified service provider to assess the facilities and connections available on site. (e.g. power/gas supply, extraction system and drainage) This service is in place to avoid a costly failed installation should we be unable to install your appliance.
Upon purchase of a site survey you will be contacted by a member of our install team to quote for the full installation price. An engineer will also contact you to discuss your requirements and confirm availibility.
If additional work is required ahead of installation your engineer will advise on what work is needed and postpone the final installation until all services are in place.
Please give more than 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange your visit, we are unable to provide a refund if cancelled with less than 24hrs notice.
