Low Fridges

Low Fridges (commonly called Low Boys, Underbroilers or sometimes Chef Bases) are a fantastic solution for making the most effective use of your kitchen space. Designed to be highly sturdy and robust, these chillers allow you to position other appliances on them, such as grills or convection ovens. Not only does this maximise the usable space in your kitchen, it also means ingredients are closer to hand and quickly accessible.

Low fridges usually feature drawers so that gastronorm pans can be placed directly into the chiller. With multiple drawers, some low boys can be configured so that each drawer is set different temperatures. Some premium models also have the flexibility to operate as a freezer, or a fridge freezer – hugely versatile in the professional kitchen.
