The Winterhalter UC-L Bistro dishwasher is a truly versatile machine. Designed to be an all-in-one dishwasher and glasswasher combined, the UC-L gives you the option to clean whatever you need - whether that's wine glasses, plates or utensils. The large capacity baskets have a generous amount of space - perfect for busy pubs, restaurants and coffee shops, whilst the intuitive digital control panel makes it easy to start whichever programme you need. Maintenance is fuss-free too, thanks to easily removed wash arms and the self-cleaning cycle.
This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
If this machine is used in a medium or hard water area, an external water softener is required (sold separately).
