Our printed disposable 4oz cups are typically turned around in a maximum of 3 weeks from artwork approval. From time to time, faster turnarounds are required and it can be possible, for an extra charge. It is more expensive to do an express dedicated digital-print run but it is possible. 4oz Printed Paper Cups Cup Sizing

Our 4oz espresso cups have a capacity to brim of 112ml approximately. With all paper cups there can be a small amount of movement on the bottom seal, and the rim roll, so there is a small amount of variance from cup to cup. The cups have a brim diameter of 60mm, with a bottom diameter of 60mm, and a height of 60mm. They are packed in sticks of 50, with 30 sticks in a case of 1500 cups. Different Uses for our 4oz Single Wall Paper Cups

These 4oz printed paper cups are extremely versatile. Made from Delipac cup board - an award-winning non-polymer barrier packaging board - they  they are great for hot drinks like espresso coffee, but also used by our customers for ice-cream portions, sampling cups for alcohol activations, and food tasting cups for food samples. Delipac's unique insulation capability helps eliminate outer wall condensation.

When printing, forming, packing and delivering cups there are economies to be made with scale. Some of our competitors see that as an opportunity to squeeze more profit out of the job but we rather pass on print economies to our customers.
