Cooking premium fried food with every batch, the Opus 800 Natural Gas Fryer gives you all you require in a singular compact package. With pumped filtration fitted you vastly extend the shelf life of your oil by filtering it for reuse after each cook, allowing you to cook for longer whilst spending less. A highly resourceful design draws out any wasted oil down into a bucket below, allowing for a much less stressful way of emptying your waste products and debris compared to fitting a separate drainpipe elsewhere.
