Ideal for busy professional kitchens in schools, care homes, hotels and hospitals, the propane gas Falcon F900 G9181 Solid Top Oven Range includes all the features you'd expect to help save time and energy during service. The single bullseye solid top, alongside the hugely powerful 10.3kW burner, delivers heat up to 450°C at the centre of the plate. This enables a huge range of cooking styles - from a gentle simmer to high-heat rolling boil, all on the same 730x740mm solid top cooking surface. The large oven features five shelf positions and can accommodate double size (2/1) gastronorm pans, making it ideal for quickly transferring dishes between appliances. Fitted with sturdy height-adjustable legs.

All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations - the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
