With high output and fast recovery time, the Falcon F900 Gas Fryer G9341FX twin basket fryer ensures that you can cope with the busiest service periods. The tank needs just 18 litres of oil. The integrated Fryer Angel safety system prevents fires and flare ups; thereby protecting staff, customers and premises. Inbuilt filtration makes it easy to maintain oil quality for longer, thus offering savings on expensive oil and retaining food quality. The oil can be filtered while still warm, meaning filtration can take place whenever required, and takes less than 6 minutes from start to finish.

Integrated Fryer Angel safety system cuts power to appliance in any instance of low / no oil, preventing fires and increasing safety in your kitchen.

Filtration can be performed while oil is still warm

Pan lid supplied as standard, which helps preserve oil quality when fryer not in use
